Connected Cultures Consulting was created out of a deep passion for enhancing cultural understanding between people and/or companies, and to help build bridges. My mission is to help build that inter-cultural understanding and as a consequence, build stronger and happier teams and bring your company to the successful business deal you deserve. This passion also flows into organizing specialized events and workshops for you and your teams, catered to your needs and making them truly memorable.

In an ever more globalized world, you need to know and understand the people you work with and the people you want to close business deals with. A key to that understanding is - you guessed it - culture. Want to nail that pitch to an American company? Hi, I'm Despina. I help clients transform their business by helping them better understand the culture they’re trying to work with or expand into.
With years of work experience spanning over 5 countries, (Belgium, the UK, Norway, South Korea and Germany) and having held leadership positions despite being a foreigner, I understand both the importance of cultural nuance, but also leaning into what makes you special, in order to truly succeed.
